Clinsrc Admin Support

About this site

Why this virtual assistant site exists

Finding remote admin help is easier when you know how the work is scoped. This site explains that and passes your request on.

The short version

Clinsrc Admin Support takes requests from businesses that want a remote assistant and passes them to a service partner that provides one. The partner handles everything after that: the questions, the scoping, the proposal, the contract and the work itself.

We also publish practical notes on how assistant work is set up, such as how access is shared through a password manager, how instructions get written down and how tasks are checked. Use them however you like, whether or not you send a request.

Changing or growing the arrangement

Engagements rarely stay fixed for long. A common pattern is to start with one area, such as inbox triage or data entry, for a modest block of hours each week. After a month or two you will know which tasks run smoothly and which still need your input.

From there you can add tasks, move hours between areas or scale back. Changes are agreed with the service partner in writing, usually with some notice. If you need to pause or end the arrangement, the proposal you accepted should say how much notice applies and what happens to work in progress.

What this site is not

This is a quote request site. It is not a staffing agency, and it is not the employer of any assistant. The service partner that receives your request provides the assistants and sets the terms of any engagement.

Nothing here is legal, tax, accounting or HR advice. Assistants can prepare invoices, enter transactions and gather documents, and your accountant or bookkeeper should approve the books and any filings. Questions about contracts, worker classification or employment law belong with your own advisers.
